New Map Level
Unity Implementation
I made modifications to the map based on the new tools that were implemented in the game: color unlocking and unlocking more cubes for combination. I thought about how the learning curve could be more effective and how to ensure there is real progression in difficulty in each puzzle, as well as making sure players actually use all the combinations and not just one. From the tutorial to puzzle 2, they serve as an introduction to the main colors and combinations. Starting with puzzle 3, sub-combinations are required to progress, and players must also improve their coordination to complete them.
As a future update, we plan to add points of interest to make it easier to introduce sub-combinations, since they are still not entirely clear. We also hope that adding VFX and an NPC that gives instructions will help solve this issue.
